"Keep your face always toward the sunshine and shadows will fall behind you”
– Walt Whitman
Moonlight shining, but bird song I still sing, far from this tyranny, yes a new dawn I bring. Sounds like spring, from the darkness emerging, but I fly through the seasons, for warm weather converging. The winter blues, can’t dampen my spirit, such a joyful sound, but oh did you hear it? It’s playing right now, with this music entwined, the orchestra of life are you with it aligned.

For harming of expression, cutting off the tongue, that sweetness of life might now never be sung. Closed off from the heart, like a bird in a cage, with only the shadows to light up the stage. Silently praying to fly free from this jail, transformed by the gods into Nightingale.

For she is mute, it is he who sings, whistling in the night to see who it brings. A muse you might say, no not in a funny way, she brings creativity to creators, like a relay. An unseen force, moving things into being, liberation indeed for it’s ever so freeing. So honour your Lady and sing her praises, for it circles back around and creativity raises.

Boundary setting, don't quaver be clear, important for when others into your flight path over-steer. While silence says everything without making a sound, the Nightingale uses their voice to help hold their ground. Some people struggle to find that steady tone, keeping quiet without letting true feelings be known.

The Nightingale adapts their pitch on the fly, quick thinking and hearing from up in the sky. Vocal matching and social mirroring, establishing trust and comfort delivering. Emotional resonance, empathically knowing, the unseen and unspoken clearly now showing. True expression and feeling when together united, it’s the lesson of the heart where love is ignited.

Soul calling, at one with divine plan, this melody written before your life here began. Is it flowing through your being, the field of the heart, rising with each breath, with its true wisdom impart. Or is it unable to break free from all the gravity, the play of life locked in a chest like a cavity.

The Nightingale's song offers a natural stress reliever, soothing the nervous system, inner peace retriever. Nesting near the ground, not with its head in the clouds, true nature embodied, so no need to follow the crowds. Body relaxed, mind alert, calm but attentive from less of the hurt.

And let's not forget the Lombard effect, increasing its volume beyond the noise to connect. Amongst urban pollution and the city cries, it raises its tune for all of Nature to advise. Its soulful sound, so creatively adaptive, consciously keeping its audience captive,

So to the spirit of Nightingale let your vibrant vocals now fill the Air, and circle it back around for the Earth we must take care. Singing at dawn, to welcome the Sun's rays, and again into the night, for its radiance we should praise.

These are my own insights, but a great beauty of life is that of perspective, so how might others respond to the spirit of Nightingale, unbeknownst to this being the spirit they are receiving. How might they perceive it through their six senses. And with this human chapter now nearing its end, it's time to raise your expression, for resonant frequency to ascend.
